I'm normally a skeptic about shit like this too, but I don't really see what KD would have to gain from this.

Yeah, especially with how hyper sensitive he is about it all. Even if it was a setup we all know there's some truth to it. A fat ass being in on a joke about his weight won't make him less of a fat ass, tbh.

It kills me that even his mother laughs, my beta baby!

It's like the roasting of KD... even when a person getting roasted knows that the heat is going to be coming his way... lol it doesn't make it any less funny... and the truths that do hurt (the best jokes) still hurt.

Even if it's a set up he's still a pretty dumb guy for going through with it. He basically pawned himself since nobody will believe that it was a set up.

Warriors championship was meaningless to most NBA fans, unless you happen to live in San Francisco or like the Warriors or are a Kevin Durant fan. Durant is a great player but he joined a team that didn't need any help and left the Thunder which could have beaten the Warriors next season.

But Durbeta is the one with the ring after all. His ring chasing worked out for him.

Peyton got carried to a role player ring just like Durbeta did.

meh.... that's somewhat debatable... Football has 22 people on the field at all times... in basketball each individual player can have more impact on the flow of any given game (both offensively and defensively)...

Nothing. KD has been outwardly critical of the media reception to his bitch-made move. He would never sign off on something like this to encourage it.

That being said, dude is a champion now, so I doubt he really cares. But these jokes are going to continue until he leaves GSW and actually leads a team to a ring.

And before anyone starts with the whole "He was the Warriors best player" nonsense, it's really easy to lead a team that has 3 other All-Stars and a thug that takes out your best competition.

Durbeta was arguably the best player on Golden State, though. Peyton was a TOSB.
