In essence, it is to not allow teams to rest more than one starter level player on a road game.

Won't teams just do what they used to do and make up fake injuries if they really want to rest someone?

doesn't matter anyways, despite all the DNPRs, TD still retired too early.

It is ok. The only starter we have is kawhi and he doesn't need much rest.

He can't limit minutes with that rule!

Stat Lines be like:

April 3
Spurs: 97 Knicks: 94

Leonard - 9 min/12 pts/13 rbs/11 assts/10 blks/9 stls
Aldridge - 6 min/4 pts/1 rbs/0 assts/ 0 blks/2 stls
Gay - 5 min/16 pts/0 rbs/0 assts/0 blks/0 stls
White - 38 min/11 pts/3 rbs/4 assts/1 blks/0 stls
Paul - 32 min/9 pts/3 rbs/3 assts/0 blks/0 stls
etc....

This forum: "It doesn't matter, the rule won't impact the Spurs. They only have one starter level player anyway and a bunch of scrubs. Well, two starters if you count Murray."

Non-issue. Spurs have been making up fake injuries for years.
