and with more rain coming could Rockets home court be out of use for the entire season?

I know this pales in comparison to loss of life.
As well as loss of property to people who work for a living and do not make 60,000 per flop.

"Toyota Center, home of the Rockets, has not been damaged and Rockets players and staff are all safe, according to the Chronicle."

Politicians butt kissing owners and making sure no taxpayer expense was spared for drainage when built?

It's after the regular season. It never rains in Toyota center after the regular season.
