It's just a level.

The game is Mario Maker where you can create your own levels. You can make them as insane as you want.

The catch is you have to beat your own level, as to prove it can be beat and not broken or unfinishable.

Crazy hand eye coordination skills and the Japanese are the masters imo I never could beat that damn final boss on Ninja Gaiden (one of my earliest memories of true gamer rage :lol)
