NBA: 2013 Finals game 6
NFL: Giants/Patriots 2007 Superbowl
MLB: 2016 World Series game 7. Close second is the Bartman game. Just bizarre.
NCAAF: USC vs. Texas 2005 Natty
NHL: Haven't watched enough
Boxing/MMA: Tyson vs. Douglas

I'll add:

Tennis: Fed/Nadal 2008 Wimbledon Final
Golf: Bubba Watson's first Masters. Hit this incredible shot from the trees in a sudden death playoff. Never seen anything like it.

NBA: 6
NFL: Last year's SB
MLB: One strike away (twice)
NCAAF: The Iron Bowl 2013 (really that entire season for Auburn) or 2005 UT/USC
NHL: The whole Stanley Cup between the Blackhawks/Bruins a few years back
Soccer: Brazil getting raped in front of their fans in the WC
Boxing/MMA: Silva destroying his leg
Golf: Bubba Watson winning the Masters or Tiger/Mediate in the 2008 US Open
Tennis: Don't really watch enough, but Murray winning Wimbledon was pretty exciting I guess.

Misread the title. This is the list of events that I missed.

NBA: 2015 Spurs-Clips Game 7 (Had a social engagement I could not cancel)
NFL: Pats/Giants SB; the first one, I believe. Missed like the first three and a half quarters or something.
MLB: 04 Boston v Angels Game 4 of Opening Round (Listened on radio to much of it though). Think Vlad hit a game-tying grand slam. Mike f'ing Soscia going with soft Washburn instead of Percy and giving up a walk off to Ortiz.
NCAAF: I mostly boycotted CF mostly since the mid 00's. So I'm sure I've missed some stuff.
NHL: 99 Stanley Cup Stars vs. Sabres. It went how many OT's too?
Boxing/MMA: About all of them; I don't do the PPV.

Notice most of these Spurs fans have Lebron beating their team as most exciting moment.

Kobe fans are truly kobe fans. Lebron fans are just kobe-haters who found a guy through which to canalize their hate. FACT.

I mean the ending was good; but I don't even think the level of play was that high throughout the entirety of the game, tbh. If the endings are weighted at a high percent, I guess. 88 NBA Finals Game 6 and 7 were close to the end IIRC. NYK and Houston 95. Chi/Uta had some. If the Spurs hadn't choked, I wouldn't see it being called greatest game ever, tbh.

Left, soccer players aren't running or even jogging for 90 min. Do the math, and a soccer player averages walking speed over the full 90 min, with a break in between. They burn calories, but so do fat middle aged women doing Sweatin to the Oldies, which is about equal to soccer's "stamina" demands.

Nba - game 3 or 4 of nba finals in 2014
NFL - never been to an nfl game.
MLB - whitesox game v Rangers in about 93-94. It was the game Robin ventura charged the mound and got his ass kicked by a geriatric Nolan ryan

Ncaa football - championship game between lsu and alabama at the super dome a few years ago.

Ncaa basketball - regional tournament games in Birmingham when iverson was a freshmen. Three of the four teams were georgetown, unc and kentucky. Those unc and Kentucky teams were loaded.

Nhl - fuck the nhl. Only tools in the south keep up with hockey.

the best I've seen live, by category :
beatdown : is that 7-1 we gave Brasil in 2014, it was surreal, like watching some dude beat his wife with a bat at the park, with people all out cheering :lol
contested : as a schoolboy in '82 the germany - france 3-3 and italy - brasil 3-2 .. crazy games tbh, all out heart, each team had a clear identity and truly represented a country ... these games beat the shit out of what we see today :cry also argentina - germany in '86 is another great game, as you said. many great games come to think of it. the 80s and 90s were filled with them.
weird: spain and italy vs south korea in '02 ...... them refs :wow:wow:lmao
saddest: zidane's exit in '06 ... they should make a movie out of it tbh.
surprise: deportivo - milan 4-0 ... in 2004, the most unexpected comeback I've seen live tbh. I also remember chelsea absolutely clubbering barcelona in 2004 in england, just blitzed them 3-0 by '19 :wow
prison ball: netherlands - portugal in '06 :lmao:lmao:lmao fuck me that was a fun game, I have it on tape, you could feel the hate :lol too bad it didn't go extra time, they'd probably run out of players in 120 minutes :lmao

91. Played against an depleted Lakers team. Plus Stern changed the rules before that season after MJ threatened to retire because "tough" Jordan couldn't beat the Pistons. So he changed the rules and they beat Detroit

92. The refs babied MJ in that series. Mike got all those BS and 1s even though Drexler didn't touch him.
Drexler was better than Mike imo, before Stern decided to make him untouchable, Drexler used to kill him in their previous meetings

93. Yeah those 64 FTS - 64 :lol - in game 7 of the WCF were utter BS tbh.
As for the Bulls, they shouldn't have been in the Finals, game 5 of the ECF was a travesty, MJ got all those BS FTs :lol

96. Ok legit but the real Finals MVP was Rodman IMO

97. Not Jordan's fault, but I felt the NYK would have beaten Chicago that year. They were healthy, confident and were hitting their stride at the right time.
Unfortunately we know what happened in the Heat series

98. Nets were not allowed to play a lick of D on Jordan
Game 6 was clearly Bullsreffed as well, and I'm not talking about the push.
I'm talking about a 5 point swing, they counted Harper's 3 after the 24 shot clock expired and disallowed Eisley's 3 thatvwas legit.
Not to mention Rodman who was allowed to grab and karate kick Malone

lefty already answered it, but he forgot to say that magic was tired from all the carrying he'd been doing, so not unlike lebron in '15.
also the bench was already weakened from the previous season so the injuries hit really hard.
furthermore, divac was young and he and the other big (perkins?) were slow footed, so the perimeter suffered from extra stress, knowing they didn't have backup on drives.

The memories tbh... magic abused dad killer in the post, so chicago elected to go with pippen but still to little result.
