"Ole Miss finished their*meeting Tuesday with*the NCAA Committee on Infractions. The two day hearing took place in Covington, Kentucky, a suburb of Cincinnati.
The Rebels are charged with 21 total violations, 15 of the Level 1 variety (most serious). Multiple outlets reported that allegations 1 through 14 were discussed on Monday. The most serious charges, including boosters giving cash to recruits, were discussed Tuesday in an 8 plus hour meeting.
The next step in the process is a decision. The NCAA will deliver a verdict in 6 to 8 weeks, including what penalties Ole Miss will face. That timeframe means a decision would be revealed in late October to early November.
