And a god damned shame the beauty of the northern woods are burning when there is a perfectly good wasteland that should burn to the ground over the Grapevine in SoCal.

Everything is crazy expensive as well. Gas prices are through the roof. You can buy 2 or 3 homes of equal quality in Texas for the price of one in California. Also, that house will be old as hell and in need of repair. The weather is nice, but to afraid of earthquakes, and fires to relocate to that bish.
