Gerald Green finally craps out of the league.

Again...he crapped out at age 23, and globe trotted for 2 years. The guy makes Simmons look like Kyle Anderson, athletically, and shoots at the NBA average of 36% from 3. He just can’t seem to really stick anywhere.

I remember when he was last a FA, he talked to DVerde, who is his second cousin, about playing for Pop. He ultimately signed elsewhere. He was a little long in the tooth for a guy with springs, 29 at the time, and probably not a good fit anyway.

It’s ironic that Gerald was a touted 1st rounder, and Danny a mid second rounder, and DVerde had a much better career.
