I could, but that would abdicate you from your double standard how? You'd have to compare what the two actually do as first lady and rack up the total amount spent on both of them, including all det security.

Are you going to do that?

Seems Trump is doing better than his predecessor.

The Trump administration has released its 2018 budget plan (https://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/BUDGET-2018-BUD/pdf/BUDGET-2018-BUD.pdf), which includes spending and revenue projections for the 2018 to 2027 period. The plan would increase spending on defense, infrastructure, paid leave, and a few other items, but would reduce overall spending substantially compared to the baseline.

For what it's worth, I take a hard line and think that mortgaging our future is unacceptable. But we're not talking about me; we're talking about liberals who tell us there's nothing wrong with deficits.

Don't be a dink. A budget proposal is significant. Congress takes its cues from the president....

Based on this developing story I now think the Republicans are better than the Democrats. Been leaning that way for a while but this is the thread that finally put it over the top. #MAGA
