I'm not buying that narrative. Last year and in previous years GS got away with murder. So far in this young season, refs are calling them much more tightly. In fact you see a lot of GS players losing their cool cause they ain't use to this. I think the league wants more competitiveness and due to the talent advantage are calling it a lot closer for them.
