Tbh. He'd of died out on that field had he kept going.

Let's see....

week 2 2015 , major injury out until week 11, offense was barely moving the ball when he went out

week 11 2015, comes back and has a decent game (2 TD 2 INT) against a bad team. The last full game he'd ever play

week 12 2015, completely shits the bed against a dominant Carolina team and suffers another major injury the first hit he takes

preseason of 2016, first hit he takes...another major injury :lol oh and he's also 36 years old.

So with all this being said, I'm supposed to believe he would've outdueled Aaron Rodgers, Matt Ryan, and Tom Brady last year in the playoffs to win the Super Bowl? From a guy who's never reached the Conference Finals? Please. And for whatever reason, his body finds the fountain of youth again and he stops getting injured...and plays every game this season too...etc. rofl

We're talking past each other tbh. Obviously prime Romo > Dak to this point. My argument is that we needed to play Prescott last year, while he was on a roll, to see what he had or didn't have. No point in wasting time trotting out a guy who's just one hit away from getting hurt again.

If you saw Romo's last drive against Philadelphia, you'd know he still has alot of game left. That hit he took in the 2016 preseason was a freak hit and a cheap shot by cliff Avril honestly.
Romo broke his collar bone in 15'. It happens. It happened to Rogers this year. If you expected Romo to beat the 15-1 stacked panthers on 3 days rest with a still broken collarbone your a goddamn idiot.

it was literally one drive. And he did look good, but he also didn't get touched. Can you sit there with a straight face and say that Romo could last a whole season taking 30-40 hits? Judging by the lack of interest other teams had in the offseason, you'd be in the minority if you answered yes

Romo didn't have to last the season in 2016. All you had to do was put him back in when his back healed and ride him into the playoffs. If he got hurt again then you have dak back there for good.

I'm still not seeing the argument...they went 13-3 without him last year and lost to Aaron Rodgers in the playoffs. Dak actually had a great game too and led them from behind (probably the only time in his career he's actually carried the offense). With Romo in there, do you think we somehow get by Aaron Rodgers? Then Matt Ryan? Then Tom Brady?

You had a better shot with a veteran QB who's been there as opposed to a rookie.

Saints need to run the ball 30-40 times today to keep the defense off the field. Both starting corners are out.

Actually the game is on our bust of a rb Fournette. Mother fucker was drafted to bully mother fuckers and all he wants to do is hit the spin button at the line of scrimmage. If he just hit the damn hole and gain 3.5 that would help the offense. What a scrub. The Bortles int and the bad play call by the oc is after the fact.

Why does anyone critic things early in a football game? Never have understood this silliness.

ALLLLLLLLLL.....NFL QB's can throw a football...honest~~~~ So hitting wide open receivers...big deal. What raelly matters is decision making, protecting tbe football, extending plays. We saw none of that from Savage.
