Troy Murphy: Developing a Post Game

Update: Murphy is developing a post game during preseason, and it was on display in Golden State's loss to Sacramento on Sunday, the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Recommendation: "It's just effort," Murphy said. "I know that guys are going to look for me down there when I post-up. I've been watching film with the coaching staff, and they said I haven't really utilized it. I've been hanging around the perimeter too much." Murphy finished with 15 points and eight rebounds in 28 minutes. He also went to the free-throw line eight times (career 3.3 FTA/game) as evidence of his aggressiveness in driving toward the basket.
