In case you guys are ever shopping for a significant other, I gotta plug for Instant Pot - pressure cooker, rice cooker (gonna give ds mine - don't trust him with a pressure cooker), saute, slow cooker, even yogurt maker - all in one - will cut down significantly on cooking time.

We got one about a month ago...friggin amazing. I've made everything from a pot roast to a friggin cheese cake in that thing.
