Anybody interested in George Hill? Trade Tony and his 1.5 pts to the Kings along with Murray or Forbes and move on. Also, need to find a way to unload Gasol too. We have no edge at pg, we have two dudes in Forbes and Mills that do the same exact thing, I told you.... And Murray can't shoot for shit. Tony, love him but he is done man... Would PATFO trade him? or are they still a bunch of pussies.

What are the Spurs thinking? Already at 98k on next year's payroll and need a guard and another big.

Merry Christmas.

Sorry but Tony is going to play for the Spurs for another 2 years at least and will continue to be successful and one of the winningest players in NBA history.

Campazzo... and before some idiot start saying he is too short just look at what JJ Barea does with Spurs defense every match.

The Spurs do need a good pg. I like George Hill but he isn't really a good fit for the Spurs. Yes he has paid his dues and Pop likes the guy, but he's a average point guard to who is going to be starting the down swing of his career very soon. He doesn't really heavily on athletic traits so he should age decently but he wants a fairly large contract for what he brings. When it comes to fitting in with the team, Hill was never part of the foreign culture club, and only Parker and Manu remain from when he was here last.

this

that being said the dude looks worse than Andre Miller out there. But once Kawhi is fully conditioned the ball will go through him anyway

LOL at justifying a PG based on how they do against the Spurs.

I actually like our G-League PG's better than our NBA ones. Hanlan and White over Parker, Mills, and Murray

PATFO needs to be visited by the ghost of PG past (Parker), PG present (Mills), PG future (Murray).

Yeah. You obviously get the drift that's a troll thread but it's really bad trolling.

Leading the Spurs in assists for the 17th season in a row and shooting well from the field. Want him to score 20 PPG again? Then run the offense through him.

Well... isn't Spurs one of the best defenses?

I wanted Hill on the Spurs but he proved to be not so smart during the offseason and choosing to sign with the Kings of all organizations.

I did not realize Clifford Robinson's career was that long, tbh.

TP has been as good as possibly expected from a guy his age after the kind of injury he had. The problem is that the Spurs need a star PG. I've been saying it for the past three years now: untill the Spurs get their PG for the future they won't ever trully challenge the Warriors.

Neither did I. Clifford Robinson is forgotten by many people these days. So is John Stockton. Some of the old time players said he was clutch as fuck too. I can't remember who said it, but one guy said that he was really happy when Stockton passed the ball off when the game was on the line as he was more likely to make the shot than anyone he passed it to (Malone lol). He was too unselfish.

When he is in, he runs the offense, wtf game are you watching? He decides where the ball goes. Dude just doesn't have it anymore. Plays 1 good game in 15 now.

Just because he’s the PG doesn’t mean the offense runs through him. It has been running through LMA all season. Tony’s shooting better than anyone on the team right now. Want him to average 20 again? Just run the offense through him.

Sadly, Tony and Manu are old, and Murray needs development.
