Could be worse, tbh. They could have hired Gruden's overrated ass, given him all the personnel power and made him impossible to fire.

Spurs made the playoffs in 2012 due to them converting a 4th and 29. The Packers made it in 2010 due to a OPI call against Kellen Winslow for which the NFL later apologized. The line between winning and losing has always been pretty thin.

:lol Monoslob still bitter about the Pats being called out for their cheating.

Ravens were playing the best and presented the best challenge to the Red Coats.

Which NFL team is the "Red Coats"? The Pats?

The Ravens had posibly the easiest schedule in the league and still didn't make the playoffs.

They faced the Browns twice, the Bengals twice, the Bears, the Packers with Hundley, the Colts, the Texans, the Raiders, and the Dolphins. 10 subpar teams (6 of the 10 they faced at home) and they lost to 2 of those teams at home (Bears, Bengals). Also only beat one team with a winning record (Lions). Pathetic.

You clearly didn't see the Chargers' schedule:

- The AFC Worst
- Dolphins
- Giants (all of their WRs got injured that game)
- Bills (The Peterman Game)
- Cowboys without Zeke
- Browns
- Redskins
- Jets

The Ravens' win over the Lions is more impressive than any of the Chargers' wins, and the Ravens blew out the same pathetic Dolphins team that the Chargers lost to in Carson.

Not surprising at all, the receiver corp is awful and unreliable and the D is far from being talented. They didn't embarrass themselves at least.

I don’t see the 2012 comparison. They made a coaching change mid season that year which made their offense instantly better such that they were going into the playoffs as a better team than they’re record indicated. This year they were a mediocre team that was able to beat up on an easy schedule.

Not to mention that in 2012 they had Ray Lewis using deer antler spray as a PED to recover from injuries :lol

Deer antler spray is a placebo, tbh. It's been scientifically proven to have no actual physical effects:

Athletes who use it are buying into bro-science without actually enhancing their performance.

Yeah it's more probable that Ray Lewis was using real PED's to recover, and the deer antler spray was a misdirection tactic. Have everyone look into deer antler spray while Ray uses actual PED's with Goodell's approval.

Kind of like how Mark McGwire "leaked" that he was using andro to hide his more hardcore steroid use.

Yeah, it's not like the Pats have ever had or currently have a player who is curiously playing some of the best football of his life at an advanced age. I'm sure it's just the avocado ice cream and super healthy diet.
