Norv is one of the most overrated coaches of all time, in any sport. It's amazing how he gets a free pass for how he almost ruined Rivers' career.

To put things in perspective: the Comeback Player of the Year award usually goes to a player who came back from a serious injury. When Rivers won it a few years ago, it was because he came back from Norv's atrocious system and playcalling. And somehow he still gets coaching jobs in the NFL :lol

Terrible hire for the Panthers. Aikman, Irvin, Smith, and the whole Cowboys' O-line from the '90s should all get paid a commission every time a team hires Norv.
