That's assuming Kawhi gets right this season. If so, the Spurs need a big who, ideally, can switch on pick and roll, and a dynamic playmaker on the perimeter. Then I think they'll be in decent shape even if they're still hanging onto dead weight like Mills or Lauvergne.

Spurs have had terrific defense the last 3 games for the most part, especially lineups featuring Kyle and Murray... but they have had trouble scoring.

IMO the guys are hungry but young guys are going to have trouble being consistent. Murray has raw talent though.

Also, who knows? There have absolutely been no trade rumors whatsoever, but guys careers are on the line regardless if the team is struggling and unable to recover. I think if Dejounte didn't show life this season next summer Spurs had to do something.... so glad for him that he came in aggressive.
