Update: Trail Blazers coach Nate McMillan ordered Randolph off the court after an incident at Monday's practice, The Oregonian reports.
Recommendation: Randolph has not been working hard enough in training camp and McMillan finally went off. The two had an earlier issue when the coach pulled Randolph from the starting lineup in the team's exhibition opener against Seattle for showing up late. "It's nothing -- it's about working," McMillan said. "You know, we're trying to learn how to compete and play this game hard, and that's what we were trying to do today."
