Damn, that really sucks. I loved Butler in his time here...professional veteran, played his role, contributed when his number was called.
I was pretty pissed when they decided to keep Bonner over him...Matty was a longtime Spur but he was already on his way to retirement and was gonna stay within the organization either way.

He was here for the 2015/16 season, not 2014/15. Agreed to the basic idea though, he would've been great to have in the postseason.

Crashed at 2:30am and was going almost twice the speed limit, according to reports. Looking at the pictures of the vehicle, I'd say that's probably accurate. Hope I'm wrong, but alcohol was likely involved. Shitty.

Butler was a very slightly positive player. That move came out of nowhere. And Pop ended giving Martin minutes the last game out of respect even if it was the wrong move. Killed anything we could have done when we were only down a couple points.
And only because Pop decided to sub in Fathead for rest purposes when we looked great early on.

Damn straight I call 'em the Autobahn Bombers cause I've seen many a tipsy Kraut businessman walk away from em after crashes at insane speeds.German cars overall are built better for stability at high speeds simply because of the Autobahn, the cars have to be able to brake and handle at 100 mph+ speeds, its why most compact cars bought by Germans are not foreign cars as they come from markets where high speed handling isn't necessary, here at least at Autobahn speeds its quite literally a matter of life or death/serious injury
90 on a road in Studio City is plain insane. I can’t remember a time, being in a city, I’ve come close to that off a highway. If this ever tells a lesson, call an Uber/Lyft and don’t try to be a hero.
Almost as bad as the Jose Fernandez incident, though that was boats and white powder.
