Spurs had plenty of good looks that did not go down and could have changed the game dramatically. The TO’s killed them and too many missed looks, but even a depleted SA (given, HOU missing two solid players too) had positives

Gascrub doesnt need to be a #1 option to be there to help you win games, is a guy with experience under his belt, and here is slightly better than Lauverne.

That is true they only lost by 10 points when all its said and done and several "specialist" shooters missed wide open shots. we aren't talking about heaves or anything. Pau was terrible.. some Spurs young players like Murray didn't show the required aggression to start the game...etc... Tony was lacking confidence in his jumpshot... Pop played a dleague player... still Danny killed them.. Kawhi would destroy them. He needs to get healthy though.

No, Houston is what everyone says. Live by the 3 and die by the 3. Our come back happened due to us finally hitting some shots, and they missed like 11 straight 3's, most of which were well defended.

I liked the interview in the sense that he appreciated the team played better in the second half and also, that no matter who is hurt or not playing, he doesn’t ignore performance. Team has to get better executing what they want and things of that nature.
Just a tough one. The 1st Q they spotted the Rockets was too much to overcome and when they got the game close Harden took over.

Is 22pts a Danny Green carreer high or wha?
No but it’s a season high I believe.
I did see on Twitter that he got the most FG made from 2 for his career. He had 6 2 pt baskets and his previous career high was 5 against Phoenix in 2014.

One game is a snapshot in time. We were clearly outgunned. I don't know if both teams were healthy if we have a team that can stay even with the Rockets.

There's no such thing as moral victories. Houston got complacent and SA knocked down a couple of shots. Houston got serious and the Spurs were completely outclassed.
i felt better about the way the spurs were playing than i would've thought given the outcome
not much bothered by the loss. cp3 and harden played up to their talents.

It's only the 3rd time he's scored over 20 in the Spurs-Aldridge era, a total of 2.5 seasons..
In the "Beautiful Game" era, he scored over 20 points 32 times in 3.5 seasons..
:lol

We don't, the Rockets are by far and away the most underrated team on this forum. They just added a guy who historically murders the Spurs. I think with both teams healthy Rockets win in 6.
