I thought it was pretty good but overrated. I will say that I switched back and forth between reading and Audible. I didn't like the Audible narration much so maybe if I'd just read the book straight through, I'd have enjoyed it a little more.
7/10

As to the movie, if they skimp on the effects/CGI, it's going to suck. It may suck anyway.

Edit: was thinking about this book again and it was better than a 6.5.

Thought this was going to be a "History of Videogames" doc. Googled it and remembered seeing this preview some months back. Was super excited about the idea of a doc.

Game Over

All good with plenty of nostalgia.

Just saw the preview of this. It looks awful.
