He is a fucking millionaire athlete being paid to play a game. He has gone to every fucking doctor in America and every single one of them has told him he is fine. Yet here we are, he refuses to play. At a point, we have to call a spade a spade. He has fucked his own head up mentally. Always had nothing but respect. He was always that guy that you disliked that much more, because you knew just how good he was. But also tough. Incredibly tough. Tim Duncan incredibly tough. Played through injuries to his knees for years. This is part of the deal if you want to be an all-time great player. Sacrifice.

Kobe gets a lot of hate (especially here), but dude was tough. There is an article with day-to-day chronology leading up to the Achilles injury. At that age, on that amount of mileage, putting in that amount of work. That's unheard of especially in this age of athletics and heightened general conservative management of ailments.

LeBron James just said he wants to be a leader by not sitting out games. He's 33 and has alot of mileage on him. Kawhi, you're no LeBron James. Not after this display of pussiness, tbh.
