Assuming stars like Ayton/Bridges/Bagley/Trae Young are off the board but Spurs pick 7-15, who should they pick. Will they go best available and load up on another guard like Collin Sexton (http://www.nbadraft.net/players/collin-sexton) / Kevin Knox (http://www.nbadraft.net/players/kevin-knox)? Or will they go for a random euro dude like Doncic (http://www.nbadraft.net/players/luka-doncic)?

A guaranteed fucking bum since Drunkford is picking.

Still to this day I thank my savior, the Big Bang, that the Raptors picked Valenciunas in 2011.

Spurs need a Point Guard, tbh... so they can trade that awful Patty contract, IMO.

That's the thing. There will be no "we didn't have a high pick" excuse when he shits the bed and takes another Euroscrub or blows the pick on some Kyle Anderson type dude again.

/Spurs draft a 6'3 combo guard from Singapore with a Jason Pierre Paul hand and prosthetic leg

MSM: There it is, the Spurs did it again. How do they find these guys? He'll probably win the 2022 Finals MVP

I like Robert Williams as a late-lottery pick. It's mostly the homer in me talking, but I remember he looked pretty promising last season.

Doncic is not a random Euro dude, lmao. He will be picked before most, if not all of these guys.

Or he'll pick some scrub whichever college coach drinking buddy says he should pick like he did with Anderson and White, or maybe one of his adopted sons will tell him to choose one of their friends like what happened with Joseph.

Nothing wrong with Anderson. We knew it was going to take a few years to be a rotational player. And He is that. White is in the same boat.

They stopped Draft and stashing, it seems, Anderson, Murray, and White with Milutinov being the only stash in the last four drafts- they bungled his situation so hopefully PATFO stops completely with that shit..

wont get Bamba unless we trade into the top 5.

Eventually Bamba could put an end to the continuous pregame layup drill that opposing teams have ran on us during the actual games this year.

Bamba would be great as a Spur but The only assets we have that anyone picking in the top five would want for their pick would be LMA or Leonard.

even PATFO would trade LMA in 3 seconds if they could get a top 5 pick out of it. that's never gonna happen though cause no opposing gm in the league would give even a lottery pick for him with nets gm gone :lol

I will be disappointed if SA does not make the playoffs, but I do understand that a lottery pick could be very big for SA. I’m not rooting for this, but if it happens, it happens.

Just one of those seasons where nothing went right with Kawhi being a major loss.

I think Bamba is a top 3 pick. Way out of our reach unless Kawhi wants out.

Obviously, the Spurs will make the playoffs and get the next Kawhi in the middle of the first round because PATFO has the midas touch. Duh.

hey you never know, it's the draft. Maybe they will discover he has no ACLs, or some stupid team will pick Grayson Allen because he hit a shot in the tournament

I think it's time to get comfortable with the thought. We're losing to the teams we should beat, and are about play the toughest schedule in the NBA against a lot of really good playoff teams, and a few road games (where we are below .500) in this final stretch.

With the trends of the recent drafts by the team, it's going to be some fathead light skin combo guard that's neither a point guard or a shooting guard who's either going to have to learn how to shoot or learn how to be a point guard. If any one in the draft fits this profile, that's your man.

:lol so we're 2 steps from the Jazz (Joe Ingles (http://www.espn.com/nba/player/_/id/2968436/joe-ingles)) and 1 step from the Pacers (Tyler Hansbrough (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tyler_Hansbrough))

Picking before the main playoffs competitors but after the lottery teams may give us a gap if all lottery teams focus on potential, the Spurs could get the best ready to play roleplayer on the board. Fuck the jazz and trailblazers for stealing our picks, not this year you bastards!

Didn't some fathead light skin pg just wreck us, and isn't another a top 3 player?
