Before I sign anything and give out my email address, who owns that domain name??? Who is behind this initiative? I'm all for the concept but I would rather sign a city supported initiative. No where on the website does it say who owns this site or what can be done with your email address.

Refuse to do it.
I have a uncle who is a Nigerian Prince, who is not allowed to bring his money into the US. And I need all of those email addresses so that we can all help him out!!!
