This is definitely premature. But since we all know he isn’t playing this year and assuming he can return to All Star form, would you burn his jersey? It’s not LeBron because LeBron made his original departure from his hometown/first team a national front page story of a mockery by doing the whole television special. It would be more like Gordon Haywood...namely leaving the team that drafted you and developed you into a Star. Gordon leaving was sort of a homecoming, but it was a business decision. Still in Utah those jerseys burned and them hexed him into a season ending injury in his first game with the Celtics. Would you hate Leonard for bolting to the hated Lakers?
