How come Dan didn't post this one right away like he did when Sheehan was calling Bush all those names?

"I think she is a political animal who believes she has to be a war hawk to keep up with the big boys," Sheehan writes in an open letter posted on anti-Bush filmmaker Michael Moore's website. "I would love to support Hillary for president if she would come out against the travesty in Iraq. But I don't think she can speak out against the occupation, because she supports it. I will not make the mistake of supporting another pro-war Democrat for president again: As I won't support a pro-war Republican."

It's crazy how much attention the lady gets. I thought her fame would fizzle out. It helped bring a reality of the war to the people who don't really know what the hell is going on, so I don't think she even serves that big a purpose. She'll hold public off somewhere in a couple years, and I'll laugh.

"You don't do this, folks. You don't publicly as a Democrat disavow a Clinton and live to do it again. Well, you just don't do it again and again without something happening. So she's one gutsy lady or stupid, one of the two. But something's going to happen to this woman. Something's going to silence her."

From the same article: What the hell is he talking about.

Cindy Sheehan is right. Hillary is a war-hawk and this is what makes her so dangerous to the right. Her support for the war, and the way it always gets played out in the press - her unfettered support for the troops fighting the war on terror, flags waving behind, small children who need holding, all this is a big plus for Hillary, but it's not kosher with the Progressives in the Democratic Party who just want to get out of Iraq ASAP, so Hillary is far from a lock to represent the Democrats in 08.

As many have stated in other threads, the liberal left is attempting to wrest control of the democratic party and will stop at nothing in order to do so. The Sheehan story won't die because the media reporting her every move has the same idiotic idealogical philosophy.

And the dems claim the Republicans have a philosophical schism. :lol

This does not bode well for the dems in 2008.

Oh, but dan, Ms. Hillary, the smartest woman in the world, knows the pulse of the American people, who do most of the voting. Don't think she took this stand because she really believes in it. And besides the "Progressives" in your Liberal Democratic Party will kiss her feet if she gets the nomination. She knows this and you do to. Come clean my friend, you love the lady cause she is a Liberal, but just doesn't dare mention it publicly. But you "Progressives" do. It is why she will lose if she runs cause everyone else knows it too.

Why can't she just STFU already.

She acts like her son didn't know what he was doing when he signed up. Give him some fucking credit.

No, Hillary is an expert at playing the political game who will attract many moderates and liberals who don't know any better. Many people have fond memories of the Clinton Years despite all the political spin by the right. President Clinton had a approval rating in the high 60's when he was censured. W can only hope to see the low-50's again someday if he is very lucky, but I think he is heading towards the 30's. Hillary's political machine is in place for a run in 08, and well, I gotta tell ya, having Cindy Sheehan against her isn't gonna hurt, even with some moderate conservatives, but certainly not with war hawks.

Unfortunately, for Hillary, and maybe the Democratic Party, her pro-business, pro-war stance won't fly long with Progressives who are doing the lion's share of the party fund-raising and grass-root organization. Whenever the Democratic Party want's to get supporters fired up, it's Howard Dean, Wesley Clark, and John Conyers who are quoted among hopeful Progressives, not Hillary Clinton, John Kerry or John Edwards.

Take my word for it, or not. There is a showdown coming down between Hillary and Progressives in the Democratic Party before 08. The only way I see this being resolved is if Hillary picks a strict Progressive to run with her - I'm talking like a Dennis Kucinich or Wesley Clark here.

I'm not a Hillary supporter, but if it's Hillary/Clark versus Bush/Rice or McCain/Guiliani, yes I'd take the less of 3 evils.

Face it Danskank! Your supporting a woman whose war vote is helping haliburton get rich, and dubya having an imperial orgy. She's a spineless traitor to the progressive movement. does hillary care if precious soldiers die.. no! Does she care that Bush is killing many innocent insurgents who just want to get along, chew goat jerky, eat pita, wear fake levis, and burn the american flag!..no.
Hillary does not care at all! If there was a vote to institute an incompetent bush cronie to man a poor black community's hurricane evacuation procedure, hillary would vote yes if the polls were favorable.

Admit it dan! Hillary would do anything for power. She would give bush a bj if it guaranteed a 2 term presidency. Somehow you like that dont you.

The thought of Hillary giving W a blowjob does nothing for me, but if it works for you, who am I to criticize?

It' not Hillary that will enrich Halliburton, it's war that enriches Halliburton. Simple solution, end the war. I think this is what Hillary will propose to do, both because it would be politically expedient to do so and because it will appease Progressives, although she won't say it until more public opinion turns against the war in Iraq.

I'm sorry.. hillary giving bush a bj is just horrible porn.. I guess if you sub a fag like Kerry then you'd spill your citrus bitch malt allover your keyboard masturbating to such disgust.

But all jabbing aside. You basically admitted that hillary is a media attention whore with no values.

Well, at least you do recognize the fact she is two faced and a liar if it suits her cause. Emphasize "Her". Clinton's administration also used Halliburton many times. Why not, they are the best equipped to handle jobs no one else is capable of.

How's that Commander in Chief show doing?Great ratings. Right now Howard Dean is putting together an exploratory committee to see whether the Democratic Party should run Geena Davis for President.

Daily KOS already is criticizing Davis for her unilateral attack against poor South American coca farmers a couple of episodes ago. They think she's another Lieberman.

He's just realistic about the games politicians have to play to cater to the people who don't pay attention to whats going on. She's got to play the middle in order to not alienate herself. On a side note, she could be at the bottom of the ocean for all care.

Why because she's a woman?, hillary has no values, and is a fake. she was against welfare reform and then after it was hailed as a remarkable achievement, she took credit for it. Joe if you want the clintons back, expect more scandals that unlike help our nation actualy help our enemies. How do you think the china has suddenly achieved great nuke technology. The clintons were notorious for taking campaign contributions from dictators and despots. You think the cronie craze is of today. I have one major man boner cronie the like of which dan's molars have yet to grace it's shaft.. Janet No comment REno!
