Might be the best case scenario for us assuming kawhi comes back?

You still think Kawhi is coming back? He's gonna wait out the rest of the season and make a run for the hills like the little bitch he's been this season

How do people here not understand how contracts work in the NBA?

We can beat Curry-less Warriors with or without Kawhi, tbh.

Hell, even without Kawhi I wouldn't mind that matchup. Curry is their most important player.

People are expecting Aldridge to show up in the playoffs against GSW :lol

Nope we lose to golden showers even without Ethiopian and Eliancito

Durant and Thompson are not able to create for themselves consistently without Curry giving them breathers and being an escape option. Donkey is obviously a very guardable third option too. One could make the case that the Warriors would still be the favorites; Vegas would. But the Warriors lose a lot with Curry out (just like every other team loses a lot with their second-best player out).

Sure but they will be playing the shitty Spurs :lol

Showers would easily beat spurs without eliancito and ethiopian

Hope it hapoens so I can be proven correct

Agreed. Avoid OKC and (obviously Houston) in the first round. Portland and Dubs, I think we have a chance.

Can? Sure. Nowhere near being favorites though.

I could get behind the Spurs having a slight edge if Kawhi were somehow 100% healthy. Without Curry the Dubs only have two dangerous scorers in the starting lineup, one of whom is spoonfed nearly all of his threes.

Beating GS even without Curry...without Kawhi?!

There are some delusional fucks in here. The team was struggling at points against them when they only had a handful of guys available to play. :lmao

That is what I thought when I saw some of the comments lol. Thompson, Durant, and Curry were all out. We still didnt put them away until about 5 minutes left in the 4th.

Don't forget Draymond left in the first half. They were missing practically their whole starting lineup and most of their bench.

Beating them without Kawhi...:lmao :lmao :lmao

what would have to happen for OKC to play GS in the first round and the winner face Houston in the next? That way maybe the Spurs could have an easier time getting back to the WCF and maybe get Kawhi back.

Can't happen because 1 and 2 can only play against eachother in the conference finals

Way more than a slight edge if Kawhi was 100 percent healthy, tbh.
