Its butthurt white rednecks.

They threatend to kill far cry developers because white people are the enemies instead lf someone else.

I'm not seeing it get murdered..

Its butthurt white rednecks.

I've seen what I expected.. More of the same FC formula, back to it's roots after that POS melee garbage in Primal. I've also seen the PC sites raving over the performance, especially for a Ubisoft game at launch :tu

I too am waiting on CPY to bless us :toast

I still have plenty of time to wait on CPY, Ass Creed Origins is still fun, and I haven't got the new Valley of the Kings DLC yet either

Valley of the Kings was kickass, tbh... much better than the first DLC...

I've got me FC5 anyways... not that terrible, and actually somewhat of a departure from the usual FC mechanics so far...

No more towers to open up the map... heck, they actually make you get up on a tower at the start but an NPC tells you "I'm not going to have you climbing every tower in the county" :lol

Also, because that's gone, quests now open up more organically, as you meet people on the roads, etc...

Only have a couple of hours in...

I also got me MGSV + all DLCs for $15 on PS+... great deal on a great game, and I haven't played the DLCs...

Oh, so you mean they departed in a good way..

Yeah :lol the tower mechanics has become somewhat of a meme in games now.. It works in Assassin's Creed if they force you to climb a landmark puzzle, but do we really need that shit in a shooter? Glad they phased it out

Yeah, it's nice. Before you would open up the map and basically get a checklist of shit to do... it was like a job... this is a nice improvement, IMO.

Too early into the game yet to know more good/bad things.

The price is better in the CPY sale tbh. And fuck Konami.

Meh, what matters is if you enjoy it or not. I'm about 3-4 hours into the game. Story is good so far, i actually liked the opening of the game a lot, and a lot more than FC4. like Nono said, the not having to unlock a bunch of towers bullshit is nice. but ive been enjoying it thus far

Everyone shits on Far Cry 4, but I liked it a lot more than Far Cry 3. As good as Michael Mando was playing Vaas in FC3, I liked the mountain setting so much better in FC4. Plus the Shangri-La missions were much better in FC4 than the hallucination missions in FC3 IMO.

Konami deserves to get raped with a spiked baseball bat for killing off the Metal Gear Solid series.

Tbh, fuck Konami was the main reason why I skipped out on MGS5. The only MGS game I dont own in one way or another.

I'm super glad that shit stain Metal Gear Solid Survive went down in flames.

:lol Having to pay for more save slots.

But it was a challenge too, go to every tower to discover the map and then the colonel assassination missions, so much fun, I had the ¨skidrow¨version so I could only complete 98% of the game, to get the other 2 weapons you must play Online.

But since the game was so huge the only drawback was you cant repeat missions, once you did it you cant never go back.
There was some mystical missions were you are some kind of spiritual hindu guru and you have a tiger helping you.

The change of mechanics is welcome anyway, no more hunting to get weapons makes the game lighter and more ¨arcadey¨ to me, also the towers and other stuff, sounds great a little variation.

Now talking about variation a new gen Burnout wont hurt either, too bad EA makes Criterion develop lots of stupid NFS.

:lol I just ran into Cosmoron in this game, tbh... it's not all that bad... it does get a bit repetitive after a while, but what game does not...

Having some fun with it...

Played about 15 mins of that. Fuckin boring. If it was released in 1989, it'd be below average at best. Now with every fat fuck millennial pining for "nostalgia" and anything with pixel art being bukkake'd, it gets praised.

The other meme in open world games is fetch quests.. Story alone isn't enough for side quests.. they need to create a new gameplay mechanic for each mission, which isn't too realistic.. GTA does this the best IMO though

Fitgirl's repacks are terrible IMO. She compresses the games as far as they can go and you get something that takes two hours to install with an i7 instead of 20-30 minutes with one of Corepacks' releases that's only 5% bigger filesize. If you download FitGirl's repacks make sure to get them from her site, same with Corepacks. I just grab them from igg-games though since I'm not low on disk space and would rather have the fastest install.

2 hrs to unpack when you can download faster than it decompresses. :lol Fuck that, I'll remember that for future reference.

Not too bad! I installed it in under 25 minutes. I may have shortened the lifespan of my cpu though. :lol Sounded like my comp was about to take off into space.

Good luck playing it on integrated graphics bro. :lol

Maybe turn the resolution down to 240p and pretend it's a PS2 game.

I imagine a lot of that is you having a six core cpu vs my quadcore plus the pretty solid IPC gain Intel got from Haswell to Skylake (your Coffee Lake cpu is basically Skylake with moar corez), but I remember her doing a poll on the CrackWatch reddit asking if people wanted a little larger filesizes in exchange for much faster installs. I guess she must be trying to make her repacks more like Corepacks' then. Good to hear, maybe I'll have to check her sales.

Make sure you get her repacks from her site: http://fitgirl-repacks.site

You'll see a lot of impostors of repacks on The Pirate Bay and other torrent sites.
