What was McCabe fired for genius?

The Sessions shit has been repeatedly debunked by not only the FBI but also by Mueller.

"Lack of Candor" relates to many things in the FBI's eyes. Could be the way he behaved or it could be for withholding information or being unthetical. It's a broad term.

The report is not even out yet but they would have said if the reason he got fired for was for lying under oath. I didn't see that anywhere. Have you?

Oh yeah, Jim Jordan the hyper caffeinated looney doesn't count.

This is your white flag

Huber has the power to prosecute.
A Special Counsel may be needed.

Are these statements mutually exclusive?

Left out the part where you said “he doesn’t need a special counsel”

Can you explain why a special counsel may be needed if Huber doesn’t need one to prosecute?

Can you explain why a special counsel may be needed if Huber doesn’t need one to prosecute? These are stupid questions coming from a lawyer.

Huber’s power to prosecute does not depend on a Special Counsel. A Special Counsel may be needed if Huber runs into a conflict of interest.

Really, why are all of you making such a big deal out of the possibility of a 2nd Special Counsel?

It really seems you're envious that the "other side" "has" one.

No one here is making a big deal about the possibility of a 2nd Special Counsel. You all just have to keep being corrected when you continue to claim Sessions said a 2nd Special Counsel wasn’t needed.

Did Sessions say there was no need for a Special Counsel yes or no?There is no 2nd Special Counsel.

Full stop.

I don't know why your team wants one so badly and you have to pretend you don't, but you currently do not have one.

Accept it.

Dodging a simple yes or no question :lol

Did Sessions say there was no need for a Special Counsel yes or no?Sorry, you have questions pending you are dodging for a second day.

There is no second Special Counsel.

You are free to explain why it is so important for you to scream for days that you think there still could be one -- some sweet day....

But you're dodging that.

Nope.

I asked you why it is so important for you to declare the continued possibility of a second Special Counsel.

You can't deny your wanting to keep this hope alive.

Why?

Don't be a coward. This is your stand.

In a way, yes.

The fact there is no second special counsel should answer your question.

If you have to qualify with “in a way” that means no.

Did Sessions say there was no need for a Special Counsel yes or no?If a Special Counsel was needed Friday, we'd already have one.

That's all anyone was saying.

You want to hold out the Team Dennison hope that one may be appointed one fine day.

Sure.

The situation could change.

So what?

This goes way beyond trying to correct one minute point you don't care about.

Your effort over the past two days proves it's important to you -- as important as it is to the rest of Team Dennison.

Why is the possibility of a second Special Counsel important to you?

If you have to qualify with “in a way” that means no.Not appointing a second Special Counsel is extremely strong evidence a second Special Counsel is not needed tbh.

The entire letter is Sessions' explaining what he did instead of appointing a second Special Counsel.

Did you not read the letter at all?Yeah, he did that back in November.

How long do you give him to determine whether a second Special Counsel is needed?

A year?

Ten years?

Fifty years?

So five months after appointing a guy to determine whether there should be a second Special Counsel, they have determined a second Special Counsel is not necessary at this time.

All your bitching has been to keep the hope they may appoint one some fine day.

Sure, it's always a possibility, but it's been five months.

Thank you for once again confirming the OP was full of shit.

5 months is not a long time considering the OIG has been investigating since Jan 2017. If a 2nd Special Counsel is needed it will be appointed after the OIG releases their findings and recommendations.

Did Sessions say there was no need for a Special Counsel yes or no?
Did Mueller say he was working with Trump to expose the DOJ yes or no?

Did Sessions say he recommended an IG investigation because that way Democrats can't complain that an Obama guy made the findings yes or no?

you have no issue inferring a lot of shit from people's actions (even far reaches like the ones above) but then claim victory when we infer from Sessions act of not appointing a special counsel that there is no need for a special counsel

if sessions thought a special counsel was needed would he appoint one yes or no?

Pavlov

All I know is TSA and the rest of Team Dennison want desperately to have a Special Counsel of their very own, even though that would mean their pet investigation to which they have attached all their hopes and dreams had been operating for months with a massive conflict of interest.

It's a weird thing to wish for tbh.
