look im not gonna pretend to be an expert in cameras, but about 4 years back i had to install a camera system in a business I own and I set out asking for a CCTV system, and the company told me that CCTV was the old analog system that used coaxial cable and that the new HD digital ones use RJ45 or wifi because coaxial lacks the bandwidth for higher resolution, in spanish they simply called them webcams maybe its a semantics issue but for me when I hear CCTV i associate with those old systems, not the new ones. either way no matter what camera or facial recognition system, correlating that image with a persons nationality is another tech/information system altogether.

Also one important note is they could not have arrived before noon the day of the attack. These were later confirmed by the OPCW to be Novichok nerve agent.

Other samples being tested were from Syria where the Russians or their ally are believed to have dropped banned chemical weapons.

The laboratory has also confirmed that there were attempted cyber attacks.

The investigative website Bellingcat, working with the Russia-focused media site The Insider

According to the investigation, one of the two men charged by British authorities, who traveled to the U.K.
