You have to think some Poop nude pictures are being used as extortion at this point. To have Fatty Mills close this game over Manu....

Sucks. Clippers shot 43 FT that game too an insane amount for a team that has no legit stars.

If Pop played him against the Lakers he could have saved more than a 7 or 8 seed.

He played him 26 minutes the game prior and it was a B2B no way Manu could have handled it. Could have played White tho.

I blame Pop and his godawful lineups. Mills and Murray should not be running the show in crunch time, especially when Manu is cooking.

And that’s the problem with still relying on a 40 yo.

We rely on a 40 year old because:
- Danny has been fairly dogshit all season long
- Fathead is too shy
- Patty is too erratic
- Parker has been done
Heck, we relied on Forbes, who can't guard anybody and seemingly lost his touch. Gay is the guy I don't know why didn't get more mins, but if you're wondering why we rely on Manu, that's mostly why.

The good news are Blazers will be worse down the stretch than the Spurs -if this is even posible-...That's why I want them in first round.

What I mean is that I don't think coach expected to rely on him. I would hope they expected to get better production from other guys, but it didn't happen. So I don't disagree with what you said, but at the same time, it's not like he's playing because he sucks and he's an icon of the franchise. He's playing because at 40 he still, most of the time, gives you more than other guys.

Blazers look like they've peaked already. Good win for the Spurs but how many more games like that are you gonna get from Manu? Hope he can save some energy for the playoffs.

Chinook (http://www.spurstalk.com/forums/member.php?u=37557) did you see the foul called on Paul on the OKC-Rockets game? Paul tried to pull the move Manu pulled on A.Davis a couple of games back, but since he didn't do it right he was the one called for the foul.
I didn't see it (or any games tonight). But just the idea that it's a move you can "do right" makes me want it taken away.

Well, you can do it right. It's basically like and offensive Charge drawn. If you give the defensive player enough time and space and he still runs into you, then it's his foul.

Paraphrasing Mae West
"When Manu is good, he's very good. When Manu is bad, ..."
Watched the recording of the game today since I missed it yesterday. The great Emmanuel Ginobili could seriously play until he's 45 if he wanted to. What a fucking legend. :worthy:
Is Manu Ginobili God?
