Better than Star wars amd other iconic framchises.

Sold over 90 million copies.

And they said Gaming is dead...

GTA V is the exact game I always wanted as a kid playing linear NES games with rigid levels and the inability to just go tear shit up all over after spending all that time leveling your character up. The only sandbox that can compete with GTA V is Minecraft.

There are various issues with the gaming industry at the moment. Mainly big studious taking advantage of programmers and developers, making them work insane hours with very little compensation. It's going to come to a head soon, and it will be interesting to see what happens. The studios do not want them unionizing.

EA has been doing that shit for 15-20 years.

What's so good about Minecraft?

It looks like a really shitty simulator with really terrible graphics. I'd sooner watch 2 back to back NASCAR races before I play that shit. :lol

It's virtual legos, except you can build really crazy things like electric circuits out of redstone and such. You can build all kinds of crazy machines. I couldn't believe when I saw someone build a functioning 16-bit adder out of redstone powered blocks a few years ago. That game is so much fun if you're at all interested by digital circuits.

Bought psn subscription for gta5. I played the game on PS3. Really kinda struggling to get the mp hype. Me personally I think it sucks.

Gta Vice City is GOAT GTA

I didn't even finish the game, I would just drive a nice car with the radio on during sunset, with the ocean in the backdrop : lol

Then you missed the mission where you caught and took pictures of Bush (Shrub in the game) banging a porn star. Life imitating art. :lol

Vice City is not only my favorite GTA but my personal GOAT game as well.

Love that game, from the city's vibe and atmosphere, Tommy, down to the soundtrack, even the shitty graphics. Also, the story in VC has the perfect length for whenever i feel nostalgic and wanna replay it.

Whenever i get the urge to replay San Andreas, i know i'm gonna stop playing somewhere in San Fierro because i've played it so many times and game's just too big.

As for GTA V, story mode was meh, online kept me entertained for a while. Red Dead Redemption was Rockstar's best game last gen tbh imho.

Agree on Red Dead. The western genre is just the perfect platform for a sandbox game, and Rockstar nailed it.

Entire legions of kids 4-15 play minecraft. It is The Sandbox as this generation benefits more from a sandbox game
