That's how he earned the nickname Big Game Naldo:hat

I keep saying GODnaldo steps his game up in the KO stage, while midget's numbers go down hill compared to group stage but midgetfans don't wanna listen.

Lionel Harden is excluded from any GOAT considerations. Just fraudulent.

The pecking order is now, GOATnaldo>>>>>>>>>>Salah>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Kane>>Midget. Congrats OP :toast

Let's keep the facts and numbers rolling. Frauds need to be exposed and the "my midget can impact the game in so many ways" narrative is complete BS and the reason why people keep giving him passes for continuously coming up short against elite teams.

Midget's minutes and goals in CL elimination games throughout the years:

Liverpool (06-07) 180'/0 goals
United (07-08) 152'/0 goals
Inter (09-10) 180'/0 goals
Chelsea (11-12) 180'/0 goals
Bayern (12-13) 90'/0 goals
Atlético (13-14) 180'/0 goals
Atlético (15-16) 180'/0 goals
Juventus (16-17) 180'/0 goals
Roma (17-18) 180'/0 goals

That's over 1500 minutes of KO stage football without scoring a single goal. Midget never scored everytime Barca got eliminated from the CL.

Don't think any sensible Messi fan can deny it anymore: Ronaldo in the last half decade has absolutely turned the tables on Messi in the most prestigious Club competition in the world..

A potential historic CL threepeat on the back of memorable big game performances, which would likely yield a 6th ballon D'Or, added to a continental NT triumph with Portugal and you have Ronaldo leaving Messi in the dust as far as who has had the better career between the two.

Like, would it be even debatable (unless Messi ring in Russia)?

2012

Messi: 3 CL/ 4 Ballon'Dor
Ronaldo: 1 CL / 1 Ballon D'Or

2018 (if Madrid threepeat)

Messi: 4 CL/ 5 Ballon'Dor
Ronaldo: 5 CL / 6 Ballon D'Or

That's a monumental, legacy-changing turnaround, tbh..

Jesus Christ :wow That's Golden State levels of lead choking by Messi :lol

Most players would have been content with Ronaldo's 2012 accolades and would gladly spend the rest of their careers collecting the millions.

But Ronaldo's will to win and desire to be the best is unprecedented and something Messi just can't match.

GOATnaldo's CL production hasn't slowed down for the past 6 seasons. Midget scored 6 this season, Ronaldo 15 so far. Good luck keeping up :lol

Another thing, the 2 year gap is irrelevant since Ronaldo didn't score his 1st CL goal until his 27th match in the competition.

Not every young player gets the luxury of joining the most stacked midfield in football history. Xavi, Ronaldinho, Iniesta, Deco. That's ridiculously unfair.

As time goes by, one thing becomes clear. No Xavi, no party :lol
