Sixers center Samuel Dalembert, out because of a strained right quadriceps, is back running, but not ready to play, according to the Philadelphia Daily News.

Dalembert should be fine by the start of the season, November 1. He posted mediocre numbers last yearunder the guidance of ex-coach Jim O'Brien. Look for him to have a breakout season.
