To stop over-coaching Aldridge. That's it folks. It only took him 2 years to recognize that you can't force a square peg into a round hole.

I suspect that part of DG's problems are the same: Pop forcing him to perform a role that isn't him. DG's offense has looked discombobulated with his dribble-drive-pass, just not working out at all. Has him overthinking everything and by the time he finds himself with a decent 3 attempt, he takes it with a kind of disoriented haste that misses before it leaves his hands. Strictly defense and spot-up 3's is where he thrives. Hoping to see the return of the LDN.

Too much time in the clubs.
