What happens is people have no clue how playing the points works. They don't get all the trends, stats, tendancies and "spots". You cannot win playing your gut/emotions. You must know the basics and how to find the best plays of the week from an ATS perspective.

Have spurraider bump up his Avante Betting Tracker Thread, and watch a master at work. I won over 2100 right here in living color and that's after going -350 in week one.

You need access to info, you must know how these teams fare ATS in whatever role they are in that week.

Teams will be one of four things.

home favorite..HF
home underdog..HD
road favorite...RF
road underdog...RD

You go back three seasons.

Example. (ficticious)

Jets 4-6 as RD
Titans 8-3as HF

So Titans 14-7 in this "spot". This is their second home game in a row vs a Jets team on the road again. Advantage Titans. Jets suck coming off a bye, advantage Titans. Now ya might be able to uncover 3 stronger plays for that week but I doubt it. The play is the Ttans minus the number (if inside 7)

What happens is people simply won't spend the time this takes to be a winner. You cannot win if ya don't.

College ball is what ya stay away from, way too much turnover with the players so ya can't get any legit trends and dealing with 21-40 point spreads.....nay~~~~

It's ridiculous. Yet you're allowed to invest in penny stocks with just as imperfect information and less than a 50/50 chance of making money.
And even more so in states with lottery/lotto.
So...it's OK to let someone take a 1 in 75 chance of making 3:1 but someone isn't allowed to take a 50/50?

Lottery is free state revenue 99% of the time. If anything, the governors of such states need to be put in jail for thousands of counts per year of fraud against the poor.
