View Full Version : Warriors: will be the biggest chokers in NBA history if they lose the series.

I don't care about Vegas odds, 531 projections, or that the Rockets were a 65 win team and have home court advantage. The fact is, the Warriors have 3 MVP level players on their team, while the 3rd best player on the Rockets is Clint fuckin' Capela. Not to mention the fact the Rox are led by two of the most notorious chokers in NBA history, who choked tonight, but the Warriors still managed to lose a game where the Rockets missed like 600 threes. Inexcusable, especially against a team that doesn't play defense.

Who's the 3rd MVP level player on the dubs?

2016 Warriors already hold that title.

Who's the 3rd MVP level player on the dubs?

Donkey. For the past 3 or 4 seasons, "He's the real MVP of the Warriors. He's the centerpiece. His ability to switch and defend all five positions are invaluable to what the Warriors do! Death squad lineup!" And his metrics and game impact reflected his importance.

Kerr should have stayed focused on the game instead of worrying about the NFL.

Oh no, the Warriors "only" have two MVPs in their prime instead of three! How could they possibly be expected to win this series?

they have two mvps in their prime, any loss is a choke

I expect them to come back and win the series, but they've gotten lazy and entitled with success. They can't even be bothered to play the ball that got them in this positron over the past few years.

Also, it shows the biggest imbalance Durant did by jumping ship was killing off OKC as a contender. His benefit to GSW was minuscule.

Rox played good defense the past 2 games ...
Dubs only have two MVP level players ...

but agree it is a choke especially up 2-1 with 12 pt 4th quarter lead ...a big choke tbh

:lol Donkey is not even close to MVP level

But I agree with the rest. I hope these faggots lose and go down as the greatest chokers of all-time.

Lakers North eclipsed them in 2016, and will again eclipse that choke. 2012 Lakers are off the hook.

They are the biggest front-running NBA champions ever..It is clear that this team can't take that you don't roll over for them after the first punch and will proceed to meltdown themselves at the first sign of adversity.

The fact that fuckin' Pringles/CP0/Harden have them shook is hilarious :lol..

It is sad that Paul injury will save their asses from another choke..

I don't think so I mean they have one of the best 6th men who also won the finals MVP injured on their bench, Plus Houston picked up who's supposed to be the best point guard of all time. Also they were 2nd seeded. Perhaps they underperformed this season compared to what they could do or perhaps being to the finals three consecutive years made some of them less interested in it. Perhaps their coach is highly overrated which I suspect to be the main issue. I mean when you tell Kevin Durant to pass the ball first instead of shooting it when you have nothing but bench players on the floor that doesn't make a lot of sense. It seems to me a lot of the ball movement is to get the ball to Kevin Durant so the last thing I would want is him dumping it off to some low end bench player to start what is likely to end up as a missed shot or a turnover..

That shimmy he did to Eliancito Junior was worth the price of admission.
