View Full Version : Warriors: lol at anyone who thought Durant was ever even close to be in Lebron's league..

Lebron is simply in a different stratosphere ..

Durbeta joined a 73-win team and it looks like he still needs more carrying as evidenced by the embarrassing calls in his favor late in the game to save his choking ass..

It is amazing that people thought this dude has surpassed or come close to being a better player than James at any point in their careers.

One of the most comical debates to be had recently in the NBA :lol..

In absolute awe of that performance by Lebron, tbh.. How in the world is he still that good?

It's just like the gap between MJ and Malone... though Malone carried much more of a load than KD, certainly now.

Something you see once a decade tbh. So shameful it didn't result in a W.

The only player I've seen dominating in a similar way to Lebron is Duncan, at least in the last 15 years or so. Totally different players but to me the best two in that period.

Lebron is similar to Jordan but with the exception of a couple years in Miami, Lebron has had worse teams around.

"Different stratosphere" makes no sense. There's one stratosphere. He's in the exosphere, levels above Durant, who is in the troposphere.

Yup just imagine if Malone went to the Lakers earlier in his career to team up with Shaq around '96. No one would be convinced of Malone being better than MJ even if Malone defeated MJ in that situation. That's pretty much going to happen with Durant.

He won't ever play for the Spurs so you have nothing to worry about.

There’s only Bron and Kawhi. They’re superhuman. The rest are racing for the bronze medal and I tell you all that for nothin.

Hopefully Lebron keeps on getting these 40 plus games. I would like to see him get Finals MVP in a losing effort ala Jerry West just to piss off Durant.

If LeGOAT wins Finals MVP, they should hang a banner, throw a parade and celebrate it like a championship just to throw it in the Warriors' face. I'd respect it more than the "real" championship.

I feel it would be great troll job for Durant. Durant doesn't get the title of being the best player and thus his ring feels pretty empty.

:lol He doesn't even get the title of best player on his own team. Curry has always been carrying him since he signed there.

Wont happen. He dominated in 2015 with one of the worst supporting casts all time and they handed it to Iggy.
Phaggot media.

Higher chance he gets it this time around with the media pushing the narrative "that it's not his fault that he's losing since he doesn't have a good supporting cast".

Outside of the 4th vs. the Rockets in game 7, he's been surprisingly bad lately.. they've really needed Curry and Thompson to go off..

this ...we agree on ...Drake though we way off base ...

LeBron could go 0-for-whatever at this point in the finals, and he's 1b at the absolute worst in my book.

The man is legendary, and he's better than ever at 33. Durant's just a little bitch.
