Jazz rookie point guard Deron Williams may not enter the season in the starting lineup. "I can't tell you exactly how that's going to go," coach Jerry Sloan told the Deseret News after divvying up playing time between Williams, Keith McLeod, and Milt Palacio on Thursday.

Williams has had more uncomfortable moments than anything else this preseason. His skill set is unquestioned, but his inexperience is shining through when on the court. He is without a doubt the most talented point guard the Jazz have, it just may take a little more time than originally anticipated for him to adjust to the NBA. At this point, McLeod may have the edge for the starting job, just barely. Only Williams has significant fantasy value, albeit more long term than short term.
