Sure not overhaul. It is curious why they note in the article that he could revise his findings giving they have rebuttals. That should have been left out.

mccabe gave his rebuttal in the report about him and it didnt change anything. i expect the same here.

but from the reports that have been coming out, it sure doesn't seem like the IG is going to say the FBI was too lenient on hillary, improper exoneration letter, etc.

its more centered around the public announcement in october, which ultimately hurt clinton if anything
