Conservative Author Warns the President Could Issue 'Dozens of Pardons'

Here's what that could mean for the state of the United States' institutions.

President Donald Trump has a plan to "normalize" the use of presidential pardons so that he can use them for nefarious purposes.

"The report suggests you're talking about dozens of pardons,"

President Donald Trump’s bizarre offer to pardon legendary boxer and civil rights activist Muhammad Ali floored MSNBC anchor Stephanie Ruhle.

After playing the clip of Trump, Ali Velshi asked his co-host, “why is he thinking about Ali?”
