Solid, if unspectacular big. Will be interesting to see how teams outside the top-5 play Carter vs. Bamba. Carter seems the surer bet, but I don't know how many teams would pass on Bamba's upside. I'd personally go for the defense and upside in Bamba, but Carter isn't a bad choice for a team that already has a defensive big like NY or CLE.

Feels like another WCS, only Cauley-Stein at least has elite mobility for defense. Carter looked lead-footed when I watched him, and he played mostly under the rim. If he fell to 18, I'd be really happy. But he's behind Bagley, Ayton, Bamba, JJJ, and Robert Williams in my mind.
