Best

1. Leaving for Miami. Would have been nice to do the year before but Bosh not available so next best year to move.

Worst

1. Signing for two years after 2015. Should have done another one year deal.
2. Extending Kevin Love for more then one year after 2015. (I know they got '16 but would have had tons of space after 15)
3. JR Dumbshit. Did that guy save LeBrons life, have video of him with incriminating evidence or what is up?
4. Failure to cut or seriously discipline Tristian Kardashian the minute it was learned he was dating a Kuntdashian. Sure enough slacker / brain dead attitude cancer spreads.

5. Spare us the :cry he ran off Kywie :cry bullshit. Kywie doesn't sniff a Finals without LeBron.

Intermediate
Ran off Russian coach. Did that help or hurt.
Tyron Lue? :lol

tbh all the contracts to guys like JR, Varejao, Mozgov when they could no longer play or were just overpaid because Lebron liked them by the Cavs front office to keep Lebron have been bad and there have a been a ton of them over the years going back to his first stint with the Cavs. Basically have handed out a bunch of contracts that were a waste of space because they were one of "Lebron's guys"

Even that James Jones scrub they kept around on the 12th roster spot was pretty bad since they could used that on a developmental slot for like a D-Leaguer. There's a guy Joe Alexander they let go who went to Brooklyn and became a pretty decent three and D guy that would have been better than having James Jones on the team because Lebron likes him

Signing Shane Battier and Mike Miller were big moves. Lebron might not have even ringed in Miami without them, tbh.
