I was lowkey appreciating a bit of that Laker squad from afar anyway, tbh. Be careful what you wish for.

Mods can delete if too soon, but I don't think it is.

"I had the sense that somebody would take me. I thought I had the best chance going to the Lakers because of the vibe I had from them. But I knew the Spurs liked me as well. I had a workout there and I knew they definitely liked me. I killed that workout, and talked to them. And the dialogue with my agent (supported that)."

Basically just a taller Monta Ellis Imo. Chucker on meh efficiency with no defense

That's year one. Maybe he can get better where he's deficient.

I don't know anything of course, but i think you'd better hope he gets better.

He shot 45%. I'm not an advanced stat nerd but his basic numbers don't scream chucker.

I actually liked watching them last year when they still had Nance. Kuzma/Ingram would be a great return for young talent.

Kuzma Ingram and a 1st would be ok, but remember Kawhi is best in the world at guarding LeBroom and KD

People are expecting way too much under these circumstances. If we can get Kuzma and Ingram I’d like it. They have potential. They’d be nice pieces to add and we can have them locked up for a while. I know it would strengthen the Lakers but it would help us too. Especially if Kawhi’s injury comes back while playing for them.

Just don’t include Deng’s salary please.

As much as I hate to reward Lienard with a LA trade, I think Spurs can fleece them by getting Kuzma, Ingram and a third player via Ball.

Outside of that I still want Jalen Brown and that Kings 2019 pick. Lowe on ESPN site is very high on Brown even stating his potential is ahead of Lienard at the same career point.

The level of delusion and entitlement from spurfans :lmao

:lol @ wanting the entire lakers core of draft picks for a crippled autistic quitter that barely played last year and a half.

You get nothing when Kiwi walks next summer and you gonna love it ;);) How about that?

Lakers got to dump salary to get to where they want to go. No way Spurs take on Deng's salary. Either you want Kawhi or you don't. If you can't land Kawhi what makes you think Lebron would want to carry this second rate team on his back?

In my dream trade then lets send Leonard to LA for Ingram, Kuzma, Ball and balance the cash value with a signing of Randle. We then send Ball to Atlanta for their number one and select Doncic. Next, we make a deal with Minnesota to send LMA for Towns and a few bad contracts to balance. Gasol and Mills can stick around for teaching purposes.

If we could end up with Ingram, Kuzma, Randle via sign and trade, as for Lonzo I don't know of what trading him would net us since he is on his rookie contract, maybe in a three way with the Clips to somehow net Lou Williams. I wouldn't get rid of LMA because if we had LMA, Dijon, Ingram, Kuzma, Randle plus the vets it could be a interesting team to watch with long term potential. If I am the Spurs I am trying to lost Patty or Pau not LMA.

Why do people want the entire Lakers core?:lol ew..

If these guys played for Charlotte or Detroit, we wouldn't even know their names..

The Lakers also get nothing if Kawhi walks next summer because they won't be able to afford him -- not if they sign LeBron and PG this summer.

The Big Three in LA only happens this summer or not at all.

Lakers fans coming out of their mediocrity shithole to fap on rumors and jizz all over themselves when they haven't signed anybody yet...

They've been irrelevant for so long that they forgot any notion of dignity.

I like this a lot and really why wouldn't Ball be worth a top 5 pick in value.

Even if Towns couldn't be had, the trio of Kuzma, Ingram, and Doncic in the Spurs system alongside LMA, Murray, Mills, Green, Anderson and the cornerstone Manu...that team easily makes the playoffs in 2019.
Sign me up.

I think the Spurs would be happy having Kuz right now, had he fallen to their pick. But they shouldn't put any trade value on him higher than a late-first. He's trending with Jordan Clarkson, and while his rookie deal is twice as long and he has a better chance at improving than Clarkson did, I don't know that he has a ton of upside. There's a good chance he's better than whoever gets drafted at 12 or 13, but if you have those picks, you hope to get a guy better than Kuz. I'd be somewhat interested in sixth-overall, Ingram and Kuzma as a package, but I'd be more interested in 6, Ingram, 25 and 39.

Where do you see the 6th pick from? Thats in play for the Lakers?

By the way, I'm saying Kuzma is the very least we should get. And that's if the Spurs managment doesn't try hard.

We should be getting Kuzma AND Ingram.

Nah, not only would I'd rather let Kawhi walk than take back just Kuz. I'd rather let Kawhi walk AND the Spurs trade next year's first to move up to 12 and then for them to pass on Walker, Smith Williams and a falling Bamba for Donte than have them take back just Kuz.

No way in Hell is Lebron good to put up with Levar Ball the question would be how high of a draft pick could you get from
him?
