Could be a hotel in Fresno for intents and purposes. I've gotten similar results all across the US with shit hotels when nothing is available.

Get any upgrade and measure the real difference in most mid to low rate hotels. It's negligible. It's also well known that you often get better prices by booking direct than through travel sites that have to skim a profit.

The prostitution there is legal. What did they expect?

Seems like a desperate attempt to have a story when there really wasn't anything.
