Beyond the stats, any people from those countries or know those leagues can tell us how he is doing overseas?

He was a relegated to 12th man in turkey and bench warmer in Japan.

How PATFO thought it was a good idea to sign a guy scrubbing it up in Japan of all places speaks volume of the quality of the organozation that has been fortunate with Superstars and Star players.

Just another case of PATFO thinking their shit don't stink and acting like Poop's system can make scrubs into role players.

Products of Tim, Tony, and Kawhi.

Sad to hear, but it is what it is.

Couple posters here still think he was a fantastic backup to Duncan. Yes, the guy who cried on the court because he sucked so bad, they thought he was a decent player. Some people really should consider suicide if they're that retarded.

He had fans on here. Though that's not saying much considering those dumpsters Green and Anderson do as well.

Plenty of money in Japan and Turkey, good luck to the guy tbh...

He was close with Duncan.

Remember there was an article where the team was at haunted hotel in OKC and he heard some strange baby crying noise and had to sleep in Duncan's room.

Pendergraph was never as bad as the empty trolls here make him out to be; although that video of him missing four dunks in a game is hilarious. :lol

Worst spur ever

Not by a long shot. Worst player of that specific era, probably true, but c'mon, Austin day, lauvegne, jimmer, there are some competition

Worst spurs if all times would be underperforming veterans ($) like Richard Jefferson, or players we drafted or traded for that massively underperformed (Jackie Butler for example). Ayres had a good attitude and probably was liked by the team.

He is proabably low mileage still and is coming from the bench in Japan while Jimmer is killing it in China. i like the dude regardless.

Bench warmer in Japan meanning only garbage time minutes or just coming off the bench?

There are 2 Sweetpea's? Sweetpea's wikipedia sounds more interestin than Ayers's.

Hope he's working on that 'catching the ball' thing! :lol There was great interview with him on the radio before a game with Bill Schoening after he had let the ball go through his hands at a crucial time in the game before.

Bill- 'So Jeff what have been working on? That catching the ball thing?'
Jeff- 'Yeah Bill I've been working on catching the ball a lot!'

Later in the game Bill is calling the game 'Manu is racing up the court....Ayres is wide open in the corner....Manu passes to Ayres....oops right through his hands.' :bang

Nah guys, he is the worst ever.

Couldn't even catch the ball.

So many illegal screens

Missed dunks.

Like yeah sure, probably a nice guy, I'm not here to talk about his personality though

I remember the Udoka and Bogans days. But yeah, Ayres/Pendergraph was pretty unreliable. Had a couple good dunks though.

Joff was trash but at least he could pass and had a small handful of very productive games. Ayres had absolutely nothing to offer at any point.

yea... was going to say, the worse thing about Ayres is that he had horrible hand eye coordination.
