I'd suggest some kind of high intensity laser gun that could be charged kinetically by body movement.
And it would have a selector switch that you could toggle between laser mode and water mode.
In water mode, the gun would convert hydrogen in the air to pure water so you would have a constant supply.
The buttstock of the gun would be hollow and contain a collapsible, self-sufficient mini tank that had 6 months supply of food and was impervious to missiles and bombs.
It would be charged by solar same time as the gun and would have a Beats sound system.
