The strange thing is a socialist Mexican leader may have a positive effect on the view of the right in the USA. Many people who come from Mexico do so because of the poverty. Mexico has a constitution that is based off of socialism except the wealthy have never paid to support the poor in almost any fashion. If the poor can get enough support, and if Mexico will protect small business they could build a middle income that would cause most in Mexico to want to stay in their preferred homeland.

If he succeeds in implementing his socialist policies all he will do is increase the number of poor in Mexico.
