2014: post-6 Manu>Parker
2015: Parker
2016: Parker> Walrus Diaw
2017: Aldridge > Fathead
2018: 50Mills > Gasol> Kawhitter

2019: IG Baller ? Lamarcus"I-want-out-again" Aldridge? Belinelli?

My pick is Dejounte or Belinelli..

Easily Gasol. Gets paid 16 million, bad body language, barely tries, has this shitty habit of screaming for an and-1 while flailing his arms around with every shot, blames his teammates for his shitty defense

Murray might suck next year but he's a late 1st round pick getting paid 1 million a year, hard to hate on someone for that

It’ll be interesting to see what bargain basement trash we pick up to start at SF with Leonard and Anderson gone. Lol at people who want Blossomgame, a guy that looks just ok in summer league, to be guarding the Lebrons, Durants, and Georges of the Western Conference.

Yes all 3. Occasionally Danny bc I don’t foresee his shooting coming back at this point and this is getting old with him already. Expect Danny to get groin injuries and nags. It’s not just the age but he’s going to be guarding a lot bigger guys.

Whoever big they bring in instead of Milutinov or Metu. Suspect they pick up a bargain bin big like Lauvergne or Ayres. They have to keeps that tradition alive.

There's still plenty of time left before having to worry about that. Maybe they pick up a 4 and Rudy plays the 3

Sigh. I hope they get someone. I don't think Rudy is a three anymore. I think he's a solid 4 in today's NBA. The 3 has to be able to guard 1-4 positions. I don't see Rudy as that versatile. I like the Rudy signing and it's obvious he's better than Anderson. I just worry that there aren't a lot of great 3 options out there if we don't get one in a Kawhi trade. But maybe this is just a lost season anyway and we'll be targeting a 3 in next year's draft.

HarlemHeat37

Probably Mills, since he fulfills all the requirements for having fans hate(bad contract, guaranteed minutes, clear flaws, etc)

Gasol is always up there, since his body language and demeanor is very irritating:lol

I agree that Murray will be next up if he disappoints..he'll get it from both shtick posters(the anti-Patfo shtick) and real fans..also, he'll have other options behind him(White, Walker)..

Lonnie Walker is a sleeper, though..he might say something that a certain group of posters here might disagree with and lash out at him:lol

I don't expect anybody else..Green is always polarizing, but this could be his last season and he will probably be coming off the bench..Gay will score, which people like and are usually enamored with, and Belinelli has a strange cult following here for somebody who never contributed anything for this franchise..

They didn't have to accept a DD salary dump. The Raptors were desperate to offload DeRozen and that potential deal would have been on the table for months to come. They had plenty of time to shop around for better offers but the PATFO caved because Vegas minicamp was coming and they wanted to wrap things up.

Philly's offer minus Fultz was better than Toronto's offer and not only did they trade away Kawhi for a salary dumped Demar DeRozen, they threw in Danny Green for FREE. What a bullshit FO. Neither RC or Pop have the stones to deal with today's NBA players. They set the franchise back 5-7 years with this trade.

C'mon man, Derozan is hardly a salary dump. He's not Kawhi Leonard but he is a 4 time All-Star. Toronto hit a wall and needed to shake things up. As for Danny Green, his best days were behind him. He lost a step on D and was awful on offense. He's been in trade discussions for the last 2 or 3 years. I'm not 100% certain the Spurs are done with trades.

SG's: DeRozan, Mills, White, Walker, Forbes, Belinelli, Ginobili?
Center: Gasol, Poeltl
PG: Murray, Brandon Paul (?)
PF: Lamarcus Aldridge, Davis Bertans
SF: Rudy Gay, Dante Cunningham

Who am I missing? Blossomgame & Metu? This roster is out of whack - especially since Mills is not a PG.

is it too late to say the guy that will likely be the most hated player in our history- Kawhi "Nephew" Leonard? (To be fair I don't 'hate' Kawhi, but I don't hold him in high esteem)

If it has to be someone actually "playing" basketball for us, I'd say Forbes will be the most likely 'whipping boy,' but he will improve this year nonetheless.

Provided he doesn't get overplayed, I wouldn't hate Forbes per se. One of the reasons to dislike a player is them get playing time before better players than them, or get put in positions where they don't do well.
