Lebron has 2 more years tops at this level. This is his 16th season. They also haven't surrounded him with anything in the off season that would lead me to believe they're anything but a 2nd round team(if they don't play GS in the first round). If the Lakers blow next off-season, and there's a good chance they will, given that the team makes no sense this year and they have a lot of FAs to replace next year, then this is the last years of Kobe Bryant all over again.
